What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the subject you choose and your message.
Our web server keeps technical logs for security and troubleshooting, including IP addresses, the pages requested and browser type. These logs are kept for a limited period.
Your IP address is also used to show the version of the website that fits your location. It is not stored for this purpose.
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking. A single functional cookie is set only if you choose a regional version of the website yourself.
How we use it
We use the details you send to read and reply to your inquiry, to check whether we can take on the task, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Providing information
Providing personal information is voluntary and is not required by law. We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry.
Storage and security
Contact form messages are delivered to our own email system and stored on servers we control. We protect them with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections to this website.
Inquiries that do not become a task are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for our records, and are then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
