Service of documents in Israel
When a person or company in Israel has to be served, the proof of service must satisfy the court where the case is heard. We serve the documents and prepare the proof in the format that court expects.
Lawyers and parties abroad send us documents from proceedings in their own courts, and we serve them on individuals and companies in Israel. Before service we confirm the recipient's address or registered office, and afterwards we provide an affidavit of service that can be notarised and apostilled for use abroad.
